THE WORLD WILL NOT END in 2012
Neither FIRE-EARTH nor EDRO MODELS SHOW the WORLD ENDING in 2012; but that the FIRST PHASE of CIVIC COLLAPSE WILL HAVE OCCURRED by then.
Humans continue to devour energy at a rate of 17.3terrawatt in 2011, when maximum ‘safe’ limit, our models show, is less than 1.9terrawatt.
Anthropogenic harm to the planet reached breaking point in the late 1970s, when the energy consumption rate exceeded 9.51 terawatts (9.51E+12 joules/second). By 1980 the consumption of energy had jumped to 3.12E+20 joules, or 9.89 terawatts.
WE BELIEVE the world will still be here in 2012, 2013, 2014 and beyond. However, in three years from now, it would be a far less habitable planet than it was even three years ago.

Earth’s geophysical and climatic activities help the planet to stay alive and healthy. Earthquakes and volcanic activity are among natural phenomena that comprise our planet’s defense mechanisms. Whereas Earth’s magnetic field protects the planet against solar winds, CMEs and geomagnetic storms (‘external threats,’) the impact of harmful human activity on the planet (‘internal threats,’) are countered by other defense mechanisms.

a. Your hunch was right!
b. We knew with 90+ percent certainty about a couple of days prior to the event occurring.
c. No, we neither released any additional information, nor contacted anyone in a position of authority, because we trust in nature’s ability to make the correct decisions.
Besides, it would have made very little difference in the outcome.
