    Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood filed a lawsuit on Tuesday to force Kenneth Feinberg, administrator of BP’s $20 billion fund for Gulf Coast oil spill compensation, to release documents it says it needs to ensure claimants are adequately compensated.

    82 bottlenose dolphins found dead along the U.S. Gulf Coast since January
    “The death toll along 200 miles of shoreline has climbed to at least 82 since then, many times the normal mortality rate for dolphins along the Gulf Coast this time of year.”
