Bobbie was unable to drink or pant and cool himself down because his mouth was taped up. [It’s now summer in New Zealand.]

    I wish there was a follow up to this story because it would be good to know if this poor fella is safe now. I can’t believe how cruel people can be! It’s breaks the heart to know how animals suffer under the care of bad people.

    omg i never seen anything that bad what kind of people would do that to an animal?
    animals are loving creatures!
    let me ask something would they ever do that to their own child?
    it’s the same way with animals!
    did anyone ever do that to them?
    why do animals deserve that sort of cruelty?!

    this is the most cruelest sadistic thing i have ever seen im adog lover all breeds id would have to be held back if i was close to person who did this .
