CONSON Stirs South China Sea with 150-km Winds

The Typhoon’s 2nd Attack Brings Lots More Rain and Thunderstorms

CONSON could strengthen to a Cat 2B hurricane with sustained winds of up to 170 km/hr before making its next landfall.
