Tropical Cyclone MAN-YI pounding S. Japan with heavy rain, tracking toward Tokyo, Fukushima

MAN-YI is currently tracking NNw at a forward speed of about 30km/h with maximum sustained wind of about 90km/h and wind gusts exceeding 125km/h.

The cyclone is expected to hit Tokyo Metropolitan Area at about 06:00UTC on Monday, September 16, 2013.
