FIRE-EARTH Earthquake Forecasts for California and Japan

FIRE-EARTH Science Team has suspended its research on California seismicity to protest Internet censorship, Google’s manipulation of information, theft of FIRE-EARTH intellectual property and other reasons, as stated earlier on the blog.

The Team has suspended its research also on Japan seismicity due to the resurgence of militarism in that country and other reasons that have been stated previously.

Another major problem is our judicial system is corrupt and rotten to the core. Japanese judges will never find government officials guilty of lying, misconduct, or wrongdoing.

There are numerous cases of victims of official negligence and their families, who dared to take legal action against the authorities, being harassed and repeatedly abused by the police and gangs of thugs for long periods of time. Even after they dropped their complaints.

One of our biggest problems in Japan is that we cannot independently verify anything the authorities or their friends in big corporations say to us.
Even when we know what they are telling us is untrue, there is nothing we can do about it.
When Abe says wrong is right and black is white, we have to accept. When Tepco says the Fukushima meltdowns didn’t release much radioactivity, we have to accept. When the meteorological agency says Otake-san is safe,we have to accept. When dozens of people are killed on the volcano and the same experts say we had no way of knowing that volcano was going to erupt, even though it was rumbling for several days, there is nothing we can do about it.

Dear Fire-Earth your description of incompetence (and corruption) in Japan’s governmental, academic and professional institutions is highly accurate. Please see links below.

please, can you explain other reasons for japanese readers?

Other reasons, in addition to Japan’s remilitarization and obscene military expenditure, include

      – Lack of energy independence and food self-sufficiency with enormous global implications.
      – Indirect support for the ethnic cleansing of Rohingya people in Myanmar by providing financial aid to that country.
      – Criminal incompetence within governmental, academic and professional institutions, with disastrous consequences that impact the globe, e.g., the Fukushima nuclear plants triple meltdown, and the continuing “decontamination” debacle.
      – Barbaric killing of large numbers of whales and dolphins each year.
      – Failing to prosecute its suspected war criminals.
      – Refusing to accept full responsibility and failing to provide adequate reparations to the victims (and their families) of Japan’s military aggression and sexual slavery, e.g., Nanjing Massacre and the “comfort women.”
      – Lacking in moral education, revising history, and brainwashing school kids.
      – Liability to uphold social norms.
