Earthquake jolts Bakersfield, CA

Centered at 35.542°N, 119.373°W (37km NW of Bakersfield) the event occurred at a depth of 22.1 km (13.8 mi), reported USGS/EHP.

The quake was followed by at least two aftershocks.
