CJ Reaches a Unanimous Verdict on the Persons Responsible for War Crimes in Middle East and N. Africa
The C-Jury has convicted 415 persons from 14 countries of various counts of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria, the mass murders in the United States on September 11, and the extra-judicial killings conducted by drones in Pakistan.
Background:
- The Fire-Earth Tribunal in Absentia for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Committed in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria starting 2011, the mass murders on September 11 in the United States, and the extra-judicial killings by drones in Pakistan.
- The convicts include former and incumbent presidents, heads of states, government officials, politicians, military personnel and other persons.
- Additional charges were brought against the persons responsible for the murder of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents in Afghanistan on October 26, 2009.
