• The Co-President and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner has failed to disclose stake in a startup, says a report.

• Records show Kushner has ties to Goldman Sachs, George Soros and Peter Thiel as well as multiple loans.

• Jared Kusher failed to disclose on a government financial-disclosure form at least $1 billion in loans from two dozen or so lenders, and his part-ownership of real-estate finance startup called Cadre, The Wall Street Journal reported.

• His stake in Cadre makes Kushner a business partner of Goldman Sachs, George Soros and Peter Thiel.

• “Peter Thiel, the gay German/American billionaire, pocketed tens of millions of dollars from a joint venture funded by New Zealand taxpayers, while his publicly funded investment partner almost suffered a loss,” according to a report.

“The U.S. strikes are a clear violation of international law and the War Powers Clause of the U.S. Constitution. There is no evidence for any of Trump’s claims,” said F.A. Boyle, a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law.
