- Utah, USA. The White House has declared a major disaster exists in the State of Utah due to the flooding during the period of April 18 to July 16, 2011.
- Illinois, USA. Carroll, Jo Daviess and Stephenson counties have been declared disaster areas following severe flash flooding that occurred on July 27.
